@How do I add my photo to my matrimonial profile on Goldenmarriagebd.com? |
Answer:To add your photo to your matrimonial profiles please go through the following steps
(a) Login to your my Goldenmarriagebd account.
(b) Click on My photo in my profile available under my goldenmarriage on the right side of your screen. On the following page you will see a form that has two options JPG & GIF. These two are the most popular digital image formats on the Internet today although there are other formats such as TIF and PNG.
(c) Select the format of your digital photo & select the correct option.
(d) Check the file name existing extension of your photo file if it ends in .jpg then select the .jpg option. If it ends with .gif then select the .gif option. Other formats are not acceptable.
(e) Click the browse button and select the photo file from your computer.
(f) Click the ‘Upload Photograph’ button to upload your photo. If you do not have digital photo of yourself, but only have normal photograph, please read instructions about how to attach your photo to your profile or send it by courier to us with your authentication to upload it & we will do it for you.

@ Is my picture safe on the web? Won’t my privacy be affected? |

@What is partner profile? |
Answer:The partner profile describes preferences for your matrimonial partner. Other member can view your partner profile and if they think that their profile matches your preference, they can express interest in you. To create your partner profile you need to follow the following steps:
Login to your my goldenmarriagebd Account.
Click on partner profile under my profile Account to the right of your screen.
Specify what qualities you are looking for in a partner by filling out the form.
Click the ‘submit’ button at the end of the form.
From now your preferred partner profile will be shown with your own profile & you are privileged to change the profile whenever you need.

@Can I selectively hide my profile from only some members? |
Answer:No. If you choose to hide your profile it will be hidden from all members of goldenmarriagebd.com Matrimonial.

@How many pictures can I include in my profile? |
Answer:Each member can include 4 pictures in his/her profile.

@What is the recommended size of picture to be uploaded? |
Answer:To keep your profile viewing fast & quick make sure that you do not upload picture bigger then a post card size. The size should be less then 100 kb and the allowable extensions are JPG, GIF & JPEG. Ideally the image should have a 1:1 dimension ratio (i.e. the width and the height of the image should be the same) Most digital cameras have a 4:3 ratio; this is also fine.

@How do I change my photo in my profile? |
Answer:To change your photo on goldenmarriagebd.com you need to have digital photo (a scanned photo of yourself on the computer / digital camera) if you do not have digital photo, please read further instructions. If you have digital photo you need to do:
Login to your goldenmarriagebd Account.
Click on photograph in my profile available under under my goldenmarriagebd on the right of your screen and follow the instructions there.
The photograph you had stored earlier will be deleted automatically & replaced by the new picture you uploaded.

@I uploaded my photo but it is still not visible in my profile. Why? |
Answer:Goldenmarriagebd.com has the right to review all photographs uploaded by members. While we allow members the ability to upload their photographs, we reserve the right to remove/delete any photograph that violates socially accepted norms of decency and or contains any form of nudity. On the other hand, it is possible that there was some technical error/ problem at the time of uploading the picture. In that case we request you to try the same procedure once again.

@What is my favorite list? |
Answer:To make favorite list you need to go search option then you fill the box with your requirements. Then you will get search result & you need to click details. A member login box will appear on your monitor & fill it with your user name/E-mail, Password. After that you will able to know the information of your desired person & you may add as favorite list.

Answer: To protect from unexpected people and/or disturbances you may select theoption.
To protect from unexpected people and/or disturbances you need to go search option then you fill the box with your requirements. Then you will get search result & you need to click details. A member login box will appear on your monitor & fill it with your user name/E-mail, Password. After that you will able to know the information of your desired person & you may block that person to avoid further disturbances.
